Jim Rogers – Chairman & CEO
Prior to joining Bolder Capital/Industrial Service Solutions in 2008, Jim was a partner at Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, a leading private-equity firm based in New York City. Jim led business transformations for Alliant Foodservice, Brakes Bros., SIRVA, and VWR International, Inc. Previous to his role at CD&R, Jim was with General Electric (GE), serving as Company Senior Vice President, President and CEO of GE Industrial Control Systems, and a member of the Corporate Executive Council. Jim started his career with GE in 1972 and held various financial and general-management positions. He holds a BA in Economics from Rutgers College.
Christopher J. Panichi – Chief Financial Officer
Chris joined ISS in 2016 and was previously Vice President and CFO of Brinderson, a full-service engineering, procurement, construction, fabrication, maintenance, and turnaround company with over 3,000 employees. Prior to Brinderson, Chris held numerous management positions at Fluor Corporation in the areas of finance and accounting, procurement, project controls, sales and marketing, and strategic planning. Chris’ experience includes executive assignments in Fluor’s Office of the Chairman, Corporate Finance and Accounting group, and in the Infrastructure, Telecommunications, Energy and Chemicals, Global Sourcing and Supply, and Shared Services business units. Chris also led Fluor’s Global Marketing Group, helped implement the company’s supply chain management initiative and enterprise resource management program, and led the company’s Commercial Strategy Organization. He was also controller for several business units over his 15-year tenure with Fluor. Chris holds an MBA from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business and a BBA from Texas A&M University.
Jim Young – Executive Vice President, Business Development
Jim is an ISS Partner and currently serves as the company’s Executive Vice President of Business Development. Before joining ISS, Jim was the Executive Manager of Finance for Business Development at GE Energy, leading his team in more than 100 acquisitions. He has also held CFO positions at three different GE industrial businesses, as well as financial positions at GE Capital. Jim launched his career with GE’s Financial Management Program, after which he joined GE’s Corporate Audit Staff before assuming his first management role. Jim has a BA from Marist College and attended graduate school at the State University of NY at Albany.
Wade Stockstill – CEO Motor and Pump Services Group
Wade was the owner and President of Amerimex Motor and Controls, Inc. and Amerimex Power Systems, Inc. before ISS acquired both companies in October 2013. Wade joined AmeriMex in 1998 as Procurement Manager and moved into outside sales. from there, he took the position of Vice President of Sales and, in 2003, became President of the Motors and Controls Services and Distribution Division. Wade holds a BS in Marketing with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Houston.
John Forrest – CEO Process Equipment Services Group
John originally joined ISS in October 2016 as IPEC’s senior project manager and business development lead for IPEC’s major capital project, maintenance and outage programs. With over 30 years of experience in the engineering, procurement, construction and maintenance industry, John is a recognized leader in industrial projects and complex shutdowns & turn-arounds with a particular expertise in cement plants. Prior to IPEC, John was with CCC Group, a premier ENR 200 heavy industrial contractor, where he was the Vice President of the Eastern U.S. Region. John’s career also includes executive, project management and construction management positions for several world-class companies including Irondale Industrial Contractors, FLSmidth and Zachry Construction. John attended Central Michigan University and has been a MSHA Miner for the majority of his career as well as a AWS Certified Welding Inspector and member of the American Welding Society and Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA).
Doug Staab – CEO Valve and Actuation Services Group
Before Doug became CEO of ISS Valve and Actuation Services Group, which holds Bay Valve Service, Inc., he spent 16 with Flowserve Corporation, where he was a member of the Flowserve Global Leadership Council. He left his final role with Flowserve as the North American Director of Distribution & Business Development to become President of Lighthouse Equity Partners, and later, President of S3P Advisors before joining ISS in 2013. He earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering and Mathematics from Roger Williams University and a MBA from McColl School of Business.
Jamie Black – CEO Boiler and Compressor Services Group
Jamie joined ISS in July 2017 as the CEO of the Boiler and Compressor Services Group. Prior to his arrival at ISS Jamie served as the President of Corval Builders & Erectors, an EPC, Industrial Construction and Specialty Maintenance firm. Jamie spent the majority of his career as part owner and Vice President for Hettinger LLC, a Wyoming based industrial construction firm. The bulk of Jamie’s career has been dedicated to the Energy Sector, with a focus in the oil and gas construction segment. In addition to his in-depth knowledge of Mid-Stream Oil and Gas, Jamie has significant hands on construction and facility maintenance experience in Power Generation, Mining, Chemical, and Refining. Jamie attended Sheridan College where he graduated in 1993. He is a graduate of the Rice University Advanced Development Program. He also holds various industry certifications/accreditations and is an active member of the Associated Builders & Contractors.
