Jim Rogers – Chairman & CEO
Prior to joining Industrial Service Solutions in 2008, Jim was a partner at Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, a leading private-equity firm based in New York City. Jim led business transformations for Alliant Foodservice, Brakes Bros., SIRVA, and VWR International, Inc. Previous to his role at CD&R, Jim was with General Electric (GE), serving as Company Senior Vice President, President and CEO of GE Industrial Control Systems, and a member of the Corporate Executive Council. Jim started his career with GE in 1972 and held various financial and general management positions. He holds a BA in Economics from Rutgers College.
Jim Young – Executive Vice President, Business Development
Jim is an ISS Partner and currently serves as the company’s Executive Vice President of Business Development. Before joining ISS, Jim was the Executive Manager of Finance for Business Development at GE Energy, leading his team in more than 100 acquisitions. He has also held CFO positions at three different GE industrial businesses, as well as financial positions at GE Capital. Jim launched his career with GE’s Financial Management Program, after which he joined GE’s Corporate Audit Staff before assuming his first management role. Jim has a BA from Marist College and attended graduate school at the State University of NY at Albany.
Wade Stockstill – President of ISS Motor Services
Wade was the owner and President of Amerimex Motor and Controls, Inc. and Amerimex Power Systems, Inc. before ISS acquired both companies in October 2013. Wade joined AmeriMex in 1998 as Procurement Manager and moved into outside sales. From there, he took the position of Vice President of Sales and, in 2003, became President of the Motors and Controls Services and Distribution Division. Wade holds a BS in Marketing with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Houston.
John Forrest – President of ISS Equipment Services
John originally joined ISS in October 2016 as IPEC’s senior project manager and business development lead for IPEC’s major capital project, maintenance, and outage programs. With over 30 years of experience in the engineering, procurement, construction, and maintenance industry, John is a recognized leader in industrial projects and complex shutdowns & turnarounds with a particular expertise in cement plants. Prior to IPEC, John was with CCC Group, a premier ENR 200 heavy industrial contractor, where he was the Vice President of the Eastern U.S. Region. John’s career also includes executive, project management, and construction management positions for several world-class companies including Irondale Industrial Contractors, FLSmidth and Zachry Construction. John attended Central Michigan University and has been an MSHA Miner for the majority of his career as well as an AWS Certified Welding Inspector and member of the American Welding Society and Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA).
Doug Staab – President of ISS Valve Services
Before Doug became President of ISS Valve Services Group, which holds Bay Valve Service, Inc., he spent 16 with Flowserve Corporation, where he was a member of the Flowserve Global Leadership Council. He left his final role with Flowserve as the North American Director of Distribution & Business Development to become President of Lighthouse Equity Partners, and later, President of S3P Advisors before joining ISS in 2013. He earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering and Mathematics from Roger Williams University and an MBA from McColl School of Business.
Johnny Guy – President of ISS Machine Services
Prior to becoming President of ISS Machine Services, Johnny was the co-owner and Executive VP of Operations of Mid American Machine & Equipment which was acquired by Industrial Service Solutions in 2011. Mid American Machine is the nations premier mechanical field service provider in the Tire & Rubber industry offering competitive value propositions such as equipment installation, and removal; field turnarounds, maintenance and emergency services; both field and shop equipment repairs plus both structural fabrication and machining capabilities. Prior to joining Mid American Machine in1985, Johnny was the owner of Guy Equipment which specialized in steel erection and crane rental equipment. Johnny has extensive experience in all phases of mechanical field services in multiple industries such as Tire and Rubber, Metals, Pulp and Paper, Food and Beverage and diverse manufacturing sectors. He is a seasoned capital project leader.
Duke Dugger – President of ISS Pump Services
Prior to joining ISS, Duke worked for 20 years in the upstream oil & gas industry calling on international drilling contractors. During that time, he worked for both Amerimex Motor & Controls and Omron Oilfield & Marine, an industry leader in automated VFD systems. He began at Omron heading up their oilfield parts & services group and moved into to integrated drive systems. In this role, he was responsible for developing and growing business in Canada, Australia & the Middle East. Duke holds a Bachelors degree in International Relations from the University of Houston, and a Masters in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix.
Stan E. Kolev – ISS Corporate Controller
Stan Kolev joined ISS in early 2017 after 15 years with Fiddler’s Creek Community, LLC / Gulf Bay Group of Companies, a large residential and hospitality real estate development and operations company in Southwest Florida. For the past 7 years, Stan has been the company’s Corporate Controller, responsible for all financial and reporting aspects of the company’s multi-faceted real estate development and hospitality operations. He was also a Divisional controller for several business units over his 15-year tenure with Fiddler’s Creek Community, LLC / Gulf Bay Group of Companies. Stan holds numerous professional certifications including Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) in addition to his two Master’s degrees, a MS in Accounting and Taxation from Florida Gulf Coast University and a MS in Finance from University of Economics – Varna, Bulgaria and a BS in Finance from the University of Economics – Varna, Bulgaria.
