Wade joined Industrial Service Solutions with the acquisition of AmeriMex Motor & Controls and AmeriMex Power Systems in 2013. In March 2020, he was named Chief Executive Officer of ISS. Prior to joining the Company, Wade served as owner and President of AmeriMex, having started in 1998 and worked in various positions in the plant from Production, Procurement Manager, Sales, Sales management and in 2013, he was named President of Motor & Controls, Inc. and Amerimex Power Systems, Inc.
Wade holds a BS in Marketing with a minor in Finance from the University of Houston.
