Executive Chairman

Niclas joined Industrial Service Solutions in April 2020 and is involved in overseeing the strategy and the operations of the company. Before joining ISS, Niclas was the President at Dover Vehicle Service Group, the global leader in vehicle service equipment, and one of the founding companies of Dover Corporation. Prior to that, he was Chief Supply Chain Officer at AES, one of the world's largest power companies, and previously worked at Fisher Scientific (TMO) as General Manager and Divisional President. Niclas began his career at management consulting firms A.T. Kearney and Accenture. Niclas received an SM/MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and an MSc in Engineering Physics from Chalmers University of Technology (Ecole Polytechnique Federale de Lausanne).

Wade was the Owner and President of AmeriMex Motor & Controls and AmeriMex Power Systems before Industrial Service Solutions acquired both companies in 2013. He joined AmeriMex in 1998 as Procurement Manager. Wade moved into sales and advanced to Vice President of Sales. In 2013, he became President of Motor & Controls Services and the Distribution Division. Wade holds a BS in Marketing with a minor in Finance from the University of Houston.

Stan joined Industrial Service Solutions in early 2017 after 15 years with Fiddler's Creek Community / Gulf Bay Group of Companies, a large residential and hospitality real estate development and operations company in Southwest Florida. For the past 7 years, Stan has been the company's Corporate Controller, responsible for all financial and reporting aspects of the company's multi-faceted real estate development and hospitality operations. He was also Divisional controller for several business units over his 15-year tenure with Fiddler's Creek Community / Gulf Bay Group of Companies. Stan holds numerous professional certifications including Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA). He also holds a MS in Accounting and Taxation from Florida Gulf Coast University, a MS in Finance from University of Economics in Varna, Bulgaria, and a BS in Finance from the University of Economics in Varna, Bulgaria.

John was the President and an owner of Bay Valve Service before Industrial Service Solutions acquired the company in 2012. At Bay Valve, John was instrumental in driving the expansion strategy that made the company the largest valve and actuation service company in the western US. Prior to Bay Valve, John enjoyed a nearly 20 year career in increasingly responsible positions with Flowserve Corporation, a multi-national manufacturer of industrial equipment. As a Vice President for the Service Division at Flowserve, John's experience included numerous start-up, acquisition, and integration projects. John holds an MBA from Pepperdine University.

Jeff was the Owner and President of IPEC and Industrial Scaffolding Group before Industrial Service Solutions acquired both companies in 2016. He started his career as Vice President of Business Development for Forrest, a mid-sized industrial fabrication and construction company serving cement and steel industries. In 2002, Jeff and two partners started IPEC, which focused on process equipment installation and maintenance in the cement and lime industries. In 2006, he started Industrial Scaffolding Group to leverage scaffolding rentals and installations in the cement industry. Jeff holds a BS in Economics from Central Michigan University.

Bob was the Owner and President of NIC for 25 years before Industrial Service Solutions acquired the company in 2014. He has over 40 years of experience in managing and performing NDT and inspection services in the nuclear power, aircraft, industrial, power generation, and navy shipbuilding industries. Bob holds several accreditations including Level III NDT Examiner and Level III ANSI N45.2.6.

Harley was the Owner and President of PTI Industries for 37 years before Industrial Service Solutions acquired the company in 2016. In 1997, Harley co-founded Litron where he held the position of Vice President before selling the company in 2016. In 1998, Harley co-founded Overhaul Support Services where he held the position of Vice President before selling the company in 2008. Harley holds several accreditations including Level III NDT Examiner and Quality Assurance Manager.

Mark Cain

Mark joined Industrial Service Solutions in March 2020. He is responsible for the hiring, development, compensation and engagement of highly skilled individuals. Mark joined ISS from Accuride – a leading manufacturer and supplier of wheels and wheel-end components to the global commercial vehicle markets. Prior to Accuride, Mark worked for the Elliott Group of Pennsylvania – a supplier of centrifugal and axial compressors, steam turbines and power recovery expanders – where he served as Vice President Human Resources. Prior to the Elliott Group, Mark served as the Vice President of Human Resources for Sypris Technologies, a supplier of components to the aerospace, transportation and energy industries, and for Flowserve Corporation, a global manufacturer of industrial and environmental machinery, such as pumps, valves and seals. Mark has a Master of Public Administration degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Indiana University.

Tammy is a native of Georgia and has come to Florida via Texas and North Carolina. She attended East Carolina University in Greenville, North Carolina and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics. She was invited to attend a year-long intensive didactic practicum while working on a Master's degree in Nutritional Biochemistry. She has worked in Florida for Columbia HCA as chief dietitian for two area hospitals as well Lee Health as a nutrition support dietitian. Tammy Page Photography was opened in 2004, where she focused on studio portraits of people and their pets and was also the official aerial photographer for the Offshore Super Series circuit, part of the high adrenaline sport of offshore powerboat racing. Tammy earned a Juris Doctorate from Ave Maria School of Law in 2012. She worked as an investigator with the Lee County Office of Equal Opportunity, as a law clerk for a small boutique firm, as an associate attorney for another boutique firm, and opened her own firm in 2015. During her downtime Tammy enjoys her dogs as well as snow skiing in Colorado.

Steve started his career after graduating from the United States Military Academy (West Point) with a Bachelor of Science and was commissioned as an Aviation Officer in U.S. Army. He spent more than 9 years in service finishing his career as an AH-64 (Apache) aviator and successful company commander. He then started his industrial career working for Welding Services (WSI) which is currently AZZ. He worked in multiple positions starting as project manager, moving to the Netherlands in Europe to run their European operations and start their facility in Poland. He then returned to the US where he was Director of Projects for the company. He then left AZZ with the opportunity to start the industrial services division WeldTech Services, which was subsequently acquired at BHI Energy. He served as the Senior Vice President / General Manager and was responsible for all operations and safety for this sector which served the refining, pulp and paper, petrochemical, and power industries. Steve joined Industrial Service Solutions in 2019 as Vice President of Safety and Process Improvement. In addition to his degree from West Point, he also has an MBA from Georgia State University and the Robinson College of Business.

Stephen joined Industrial Service Solutions in June 2020 as the Vice President of Supply Chain Management. He is responsible for developing, implementing, and leading the supply chain organization. Before joining ISS, Stephen worked as a Director of Supply Chain for Patterson-UTI. He also worked as a Category Manager and Financial Planning Analyst at Chevron. Prior to his tenure with Chevron, he held various supply chain positions at Stewart & Stevenson and Hewlett Packard. Since 2007, he has taught Supply Chain and Logistics at the University of Houston as an Adjunct Professor. Stephen has a Master of Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University, and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Distribution from the University of Houston.

Jack Hodges

Jack rejoined Industrial Service Solutions in April 2021 and is involved in managing and overseeing the digital solutions offerings of the company. During Jack's previous tenure he held multiple leadership positions within the Utility Equipment Services group for the company. Prior to joining Industrial Service Solutions in 2017, Jack was a Senior Manager for Accenture's Technology Group. Prior to that, he was the Director of Operations for Cimation a Fortune 500 company who was acquired by Accenture. Jack started his career in 2008 with CPL Systems, an ISS company, and held various technical and commercial management positions. He holds a BS in Engineering from University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
